The brain child of interior designer Janice Long, Calla Design offers full interior design services and luxury staging in Vancouver and Victoria, B.C. We aim to inspire our clients with thoughtful design and quality goods sourced from around the world, but with a local focus. Let us make your home exquisitely chic.

Meet Janice

Janice Long

Janice Long was born to be a designer. She started her career (unbeknownst to her) in her early teens looking over beautiful books on design, architecture and landscaping—gifts from her father. She was soon found exploring new builds in her neighbourhood of West Vancouver—climbing around framed homes, imagining the spaces, and analyzing condo project floor plans for the best use of space. Janice went on to study design and made the Dean’s Honours List. Soon she was designing show homes and staging for a prominent Vancouver developer.

Janice moved to Victoria in 2008, and has since been creating living spaces for homeowners on Vancouver Island, Mayne Island and Saltspring Island, and the lower mainland. With 35 years experience, Janice brings a wealth of connections to local and international suppliers to ensure her clients furnish their homes with the highest-quality products.
